The latest report by the Polish Green Building Council (PLGBC), titled Sustainable certified buildings 2025 presents the current state of building certification in Poland, highlighting the continued growth and importance of sustainable solutions in the real estate sector. The organization maintains a database of buildings certified under the multi-criteria certification systems present in Poland: BREEAM, DGNB, GBS, HQE, LEED, WELL, and ZIELONY DOM. The report offers an analysis of annual changes in the market for sustainable certified buildings in the country. The publication, available free of charge in both Polish and English, was officially released on 24 April 2025.
